Job Description

Vendor Selection & Vendor Development – Contract Manufacturing Organisations ( CMO ) as per the Marketing need.Coordinating with the CMO for Production scheduling and Timely sourcing of Products.Knowledge of Costing & various parameters of the cost sheet – RM, PM, CCPC, Margins etc. for procurement at ideal ratesNegotiating & Finalising product costings & sourcing as per timelinesCoordinating Production Scheduling and Material Management for all Contract Manufactured products at each site .Liaison with QC/QA Team to get new sites approved.Ensure proper maintenance of stock levels for RM/PM at Third Party manufacturing sites .Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience: Qualification Degree in Science or Pharmacy Diploma/M.B.A. in Materials Management (preferred)Experience8 – 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical of which 2 – 3 years in a similar capacity.Special Skills & Knowledge:Negotiating skillsKnowledge of RM/PM procurementKnowledge of CostingsKnowledge of Statutory requirements and guidelines for pharma outsourcingKnowledge of computers-MS Office .Knowledge of latest trends in Manufacturing TechnologyJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
