• End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, Monster, Shine,LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
• Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
• Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates. Screening, Shortlist resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, and Follow-up. Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
• Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
• Evaluating the candidate’s skills Confidence level and Presentation. Responsible for handling walk-In interviews.
• Meet monthly/quarterly Targets. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
