We are working on Logistics/Dispatch – Head position very soon for one of the reputed Manufacturing Industry based in Rajpura Punjab.

Position – Logistic/Dispatch Head, Experience – Minimum 10 yrs
Package – 12-15LPA + Annual Incentive + other benefits and perks (no salary bar for good candidate)
Preferred Industry – Automobile/FMCG/Automotive Engineering Manufacturing (Must have manufacturing background)

Minimum team handling – 10+

Job Description

1.) Stock Planning of finished goods

2.) Order Fulfillment Finished goods/Spares

3.) Ensure service level of Dealers and Markets

4.) Ensure Timely responds to all customers’ queries claims and complaints

5.) Achieve Freight Costs and servicing legists cost control

6.) Plan and execute market and inter plant servicing plans

7.) Implement stock management system in Warehouse -FIFO, ageing stock management

8.) Ensure accuracy of Material accounting in warehouse

9.) Coordinate customer contact & relationship building initiatives

10.) Develop plan along with Sales Team and implement improvements to distribution network

11. To release dispatch Plan given for the day

12. Warehouse Management

13. Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS Report

14. Dispatch Route Forming and planning

15. Coordinate with Transporter for Dispatch plan wise Truck planning.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 – ₹120,000.00 per month
