What success looks like in this role:

Role
Business Operation Analyst
Indicative Relevant Exp. Range in Yrs : 1-4 Years
Primary Function:
Data Reporting, Advanced financial / operational analytics. ATR processing, Special Project support. Primarily work with multiple stakeholders in providing data

Primary Hard Skills required :
1. Strong Mathematical competency
2. Logical thinking / Modelling
3. Advanced understanding of Financials
4. Good understanding of business related operational drivers/ KPIs 5. Basic Advisory to stakeholders based on basic analytics
6. Basic Understanding of the Business/ Technology trends in the specific areas of operation
7. Good Visualization and presentation skills

Performance KPI :
1. Timely delivery of reporting/ associated analytics with Zero error
2. All Analytics to be aligned with basic insights to stakeholders
3. Responsible for over/Under recovery for the Cost center that is managed for ATR/ UBR.

Education :
Bachelors degree or equivalent business experience

Prior Experience/Competency Requirement :
1. Advanced competency with numbers/ Strong mathematical skills
2. Basic Understanding of the services business & drivers
3. Advanced Financial Analytics
4. Expert Excel knowledge ( (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros, Transpose)

Competency Requirement Mix :
Technical -90 PERCENT , Business consulting-10 PERCENT

Organization Influence-Indicative Size/Complexity :
Specific Operational / Financial reporting/ Advanced analytics for a Sub SL globally or a region for all SLs
Education: Any Graduate
