Proficient in the use of Diagnostic Tools • Fix defects in bounded areas of code. Fix simple problems, complex problems with assistance. Review external customer User Communication Forms (UCF’s) for specific component and update or create new test cases as appropriate. • Handle Contacts and UCFs in bounded product areas. Expedite resolutions. • Collaborate effectively in virtual teams. • Participates in Innovation activities by commenting and generating ideas as part of a team. Creation of Knowledge Documents. #LI-LS1 You will be successful in this role if you have: Computer Science/EE undergraduate degree, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge. A minimum of 2 years of experience within a applications / systems engineering organization.

• Understand Product Life Cycle management in a applications/systems engineering environment, with focus on agile methodologies.
• Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions, business units and geographical regions
• Ability to communicate task information with clients
• Knowledge of Engineering Concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over English language.

Strong Experience working on System software development.

• Solid technical knowledge in C++, Data structure profiles, Systems Programming.

SQL database is optional. Hands on Network/Socket programming. Experience having worked on product(s) in files system (SMB /CIFS) is desirable.

• Required to have good working knowledge on building, debugging and troubleshooting on a Windows environment.
• Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, Database (SQL Server, Oracle 11g/12c), OS Internals (IPC communication, memory management, file systems), Networking.
• Experience having worked on product(s) in files system, database and application management is desirable.
• Experience in Unisys Clear Path MCP/OS 2200 systems, LDL/LDL+ will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of the software development methodologies and processes like Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Clean Coding and experience in TDD, CD/CI, Jira.
