Positions in this function are technologist, evangelist for technology transformation, hands-on expert, involved in developing the products built on microservice architecture with front end using Java fullstack, Java, Spring boot, MongoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, Front end tools like Angular,React, Javascript, ES6, CSS3.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide Solution architecture for given business problems &plan and design the structureof a technology solution

• Builds production ready features and capabilities with best engineering standards

• Shares knowledge internally with peers and leaders and acts as an internal resource forteams and business units within their areas of expertise

• Works with Sr Principal Engineer / Technical Architect to develop the prototype intoproduction ready feature

• Communicate system requirements to software development teams

• Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods

• Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to teammembers

• Research, evaluate and develop POC’s or POT as required

• Present solutions in the architecture forum for approvals

• Help the team with effort estimations and planning & guides and mentors junior engineers

• Works with less structured, more complex issues & understanding of strategic IT solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 13 – 15 years of experience, of which at least 3 – 5 years of architecting and solutioningexperience

• 10+ years of combined Java / J2EE software development experience with Java, Springframework, multi-threading, and caching techniques

• Hands-on Engineer who leads by example with Developers and operates independently

• Hands-on experience with front end tools like Angular, React, JavaScript and Typescript

• Experience in detail design, implementation and deployment of scalable micro servicesusing containers and container-orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes /OpenShift/Azure

• Experience with cross browser development

• Experience with event sourcing, streaming data, and complex event processing

• Experience in building the data load back end services to load data into RDBMS databases

• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and code management tools like GitHub

• Experience in cloud technologies – Azure, Kubernetes

• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

• Understanding of Azure cloud and services

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps concepts

• Good understanding of end to end flow from UI to database

• Solid background in applications development methodologies, SDLC and other IT industrystandards

• Solid exposure to Kafka technologies

• Ability to design patterns and performance optimization of services

• Ability to make high level design choices for the software structure, frameworks, protocols, andalgorithms

• Demonstrated success in building design patterns, software engineering best practices andperformance optimization of services using memory management, garbage collection

• Passion for engineering and a consistent record of developing great software

• Extraordinary communication and collaboration skills. Pragmatic and knows how to build
