As the Senior Lead for Talent Marketing at Optum APAC, you will be responsible to maintain and build the Employer Brand reputation as an employer for Optum APAC in-line with the Enterprise strategy. The goal is to appropriately present Optum as a desirable employer to attract high-quality candidates. It is important to connect with the company’s purpose and understand Optum’s values and key messaging pillars.
Position in this function focus on the Talent from the lens of the Brand.
Primary Responsibilities:
Understand clearly, Optum’s brand purpose and align with the Enterprise Employer Brand strategy
Plan and implement a recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy in line with the above point to attract high-quality applicants
Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
Track, measure and report on campaign results
Oversee the company’s career site and suggest improvements
Create engaging job descriptions
Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified talent pool
Design communication strategy for recruiting events
Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives
Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics
Communicate and network regularly with TA partners to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement
Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry
Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels
Immerse yourself to understand the recruitment processes and candidates selection methods
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Developing a campus/veteran/diversity recruiting strategy
Creating and curating content
Optimizing channel and advertising spend
Driving qualified applicants to open jobs
Building a talent network/talent community
Generating a pipeline of qualified leads
Converting leads into applicants
Amplifying employee ambassadors
Tracking, measuring and reporting on campaign result
