Primary Responsibilities:
Work list management at our Analytics partners, work with key stakeholders on intake and prioritization process
Facilitate planning the work, daily stand up’s and process improvements
Ensure adherence to the project management tools and processes at our partners
Work with stakeholders and associates to ensure proper time tracking under appropriate heads
SLA tracking and publication of key business performance measures for leadership reporting
Vendor liaison for 3rd party capabilities that empower our software and services
Management of product related intercompany and intra segment management
Workforce related operational reporting (operational metrics, efficiency metrics, etc.)
Workforce census mgmt./monitoring

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of project or program management experience in handling high Financial or operational analytics
4+ years of experience with tools like Rally, Swift Kanban and Service Now as a project management tool
