Primary Responsibilities:

• Gathering, organizing, and evaluating user requirements

• Communications with internal and external stakeholders

• Conducting user training on new enhancements

• Take user feedback to understand current practices and determine possible areas for improvement.

• Implementation of the new enhancements for new sites

• Supporting the technical team and O&M Team on testing and implementation of new enhancements

• Troubleshooting for issue resolution

• Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents, user /training manuals and guides, and requirements traceability matrices.

• Delivering written and verbal presentations on need basis to communicate key findings and updates on business process adjustments.

• Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to see if they’re still on track, and repeating the above steps as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

• Will be responsible for the implementation of e-Upchaar modules and associated application

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the manager within the scope of Project.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate with specialization in Healthcare IT

• 3+ Years on any Healthcare IT Solution

• Experienced in requirement gathering and documentation

• Candidate should have good interpersonal and writing skills

Preferred Qualification:

• Working experience on Healthcare IT
