Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmaps.
Participate in daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, retrospectives, sprint planning and closing ceremonies.
Regular updates to Aha roadmap and Rally
Being a coach to the team for Agile best practices
Work on regular intake items to discovery and inserting into backlog
Release planning and communication
Work with legal and global teams for alignment and ongoing issues
Understand technical components of product in order to have meaningful conversations with engineering partners
Maintain documentation and presentation material
Ongoing Market research for practices and technology, working with vendor partners

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the Identity domain of healthcare Industry
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex technical products
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Rally, Miro)
Familiarity with healthcare technologies, data analytics, and APIs
Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and methods
Leadership & Communication:
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards a common goal
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Analytical Skills:
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to inform product decisions
Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
Customer Focus:
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
Collaboration:
Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations effectively
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Passion for Healthcare:
A genuine interest in improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes through innovative technology solutions.
