You’ll be using complex data to support business decisions and you’ll need to demonstrate collaborative, creative and conceptual thinking. Primary Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and transform it into a specific data science problem
• Undertake business specific and research projects, with the goal of transforming healthcare
• Develop tools, techniques and theories to facilitate ongoing research activities of an organization
• Use predictive and prescriptive analytics tools to forecast what might happen using probabilities and confidence levels
• Maintain latest knowledge of existing and emerging scientific principles/theories/techniques and applies them to identify and develop innovative solutions, products and projects
• Contribute to the body of research within and/or outside the organization within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• BE/B Tech/MS/MCA/MSc (full time only) in Computer Science/Mathematics or related area
• 15+ years of total experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience along with in-depth knowledge in Machine Learning and data science
• Experience in exploratory analysis, statistical modeling for predictive analytics
• Proficient in R, Python, H2O, Mahout, Spark-MLlib, Databases and Visualization tools, etc.
• Proficiency with agile or lean development practices
• Understanding for data, schema, data model, machine learning and how to bring efficiency in big data related life cycle
• Strong object-oriented design and analysis skills
