Full Job Description
Job Description:-Create and circulate documents about the policies of the organization.-Collect payroll information including working days, ledgers and bank accounts.-Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc).-Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.-Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.-Create materials to train and onboard the employees.-Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of qualified vacation days, etc.-In-charge of business application and registration processing, and all legal documents of the company.-Sourcing and procurement of needed supplies for start-up company (office supplies and office equipment)-Basic knowledge in accounting for funds (cash in and outflows) reporting.-Able to work with multi-level of organization.-Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. employee information, background, qualification, skill, etc).Requirements and qualification- 6+ Years solid experience of the above mentioned field- Willing to report to the physical office with “can do attitude”- Excellent English writing and conversational skills- Strong personality who could make sound decision when the need arise.- Willing to work in USA schedule from 9am-6pm EST.Salary: $500-1,000.00/monthJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insurancePaid time offSchedule:US shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusQuarterly bonusYearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai – 600033, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)
