Job Description:
-Create and circulate documents about the policies of the organization.
-Collect payroll information including working days, ledgers and bank accounts.
-Publish and remove job ads on different platforms (e.g. job boards, social networks, careers pages, etc).
-Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required.
-Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the aggregate number of hires by the department.
-Create materials to train and onboard the employees.
-Respond to inquiries of employees with respect to benefits like the precedent, number of qualified vacation days, etc.
-In-charge of business application and registration processing, and all legal documents of the company.
-Sourcing and procurement of needed supplies for start-up company (office supplies and office equipment)
-Basic knowledge in accounting for funds (cash in and outflows) reporting.
-Able to work with multi-level of organization.
-Update company database with the data of new employees (e.g. employee information, background, qualification, skill, etc).
Requirements and qualification
– 6+ Years solid experience of the above mentioned field
– Willing to report to the physical office with “can do attitude”
– Excellent English writing and conversational skills
– Strong personality who could make sound decision when the need arise.
– Willing to work in USA schedule from 9am-6pm EST.
Salary: $500-1,000.00/month
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per month
