Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable undergraduate/postgraduate programs.
Deliver personalized, end-to-end counseling throughout the admissions journey–from the first conversation to enrollment.
Ensure regular follow-ups with prospective students to handle queries, build rapport, and maximize conversion.
Collaborate with internal teams to refine counseling strategies based on live interactions and student feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends in higher education, global academic pathways, and emerging career opportunities.
0-3 years of experience in selling UG/PG programs (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build genuine connections and establish trust with students.
A problem-solving mindset with a goal-driven and performance-oriented approach.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
