Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand in & out about our product
- Demonstrate NEP+ products to clients
- Perform online training with the clients, if needed
- Manage the post-sales process to provide online support to our clients
- Resolve clients’ queries quickly and efficiently
- Increase revenue by upselling and cross-selling
- Ensure retention of clients every year
- Build and maintain fruitful relationships with clients
- Keep clients updated on the latest products (upsell) to increase business
Desired Profile
- 1-2 Years of experience in same field
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Expert in Rapport building
- Self-motivated and fast learner
- NEVER GIVE UP attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
