WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Understand in & out about our product
• Demonstrate Upbringo product to prospects
• Perform online training with the clients (organizations/institutes)
• Manage post sales process to provide online support to our clients
• Build and maintain fruitful relationships with customers
• Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently
• Keep customers updated on the latest products (upsell) to increase business
• Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Fresher or up to 2 Years of Customer Relationship/Support/Sales Experience
• Strong Communicator with ability to write clearly and effectively
• Capable of taking and running a directive, without handling
• Easy to talk to new people and be eager to meet them
• Good analytical skills and the ability to improvise when necessary
• Multilingual (English, Hindi, Regional Language)
