l Create business policies, processes best fitting the vision & mission statement of upGrad Rekrut
l Create a strong work culture powering employee centricity around the Start Up environment.
l Mentored business leaders and provided guidance on organizational and developmental needs.
l Manage the implementation of performance management systems and provide guidance to Managers to support the continued development of staff.
l Lead employee engagement initiatives to align interests of employees and BU. Created action plans to increase employee engagement. Training interventions
l Conducting Organizational development and interventions
l Initiating Change Management
l Employee relations & retention
l Human resource planning, staffing & budgeting
l Employee grievance management
l Handling Performance Management System
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,100,000.00 per year
