Job Title: Associate – Back Office (Settlement)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Retail Trade Settlement / Managing Equity Payin Payout of Shares
- Auction Settlement & Closeout
-Corporate Action handling – Identification of clients eligible to receive -Corporate Action benefits and on time distribution of the same to such eligible clients (Dividend / Bonus / Split / Sub-Division / Merger /Demerger)Processing of Shares Pledge / Unpledge request from Clients
- Testing & implementation of changes in Backoffice system
- Managing regulatory reporting requirements
- Reconciliation of Demat Holding of Pool Account / CUSA Account and other Demat Accounts
- Handling client queries / audit queries / inspection queries
- Liaising with colleagues and other teams to resolve issues and drive system enhancements
Skills Required:
- 2+ yrs required in settlement operations
- Candidate should have strong basic knowledge of Excel
- Candidate should be well versed with Retail trade settlement of all products available in Capital Market.
- Candidate should be a team player and self-motivated to drive for excellence.
