We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute independent research studies from end-to-end.
• Collect and analyse user behavior through user interactions, qualitative, quantitative and analytical research, surveys, benchmark studies and online experiments (A/B testing).
• Analyse the research data and also share actionable insights that impact consumer behavior
• Able to segment the users in different personas and can identify factors which can influence consumer behavior of each persona
• Innovate and adapt methods and processes for a high-impact fast-paced start-up environment.
• Manage vendors, logistics and stakeholders for studies.

– Be the voice of the user; share the latest user-behavior trends.- Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other teams to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

• Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.

– Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in- person presentations.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s Or Master’s degree in psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction or related areas
• An exceptional portfolio that highlights your work on consumer personas.
• Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership.
• 1 to 5 years of experience conducting a range of research methods applicable to all product stages from conception to release and driving tangible outcomes with product teams and a proven track record of success.
