Roles and Responsibilities

Good Experience two wheeler brake manufacturing companyfor Operation.

To lead the team of entire manufacturing facility to achieve business objective of the organisation &

effective performance of the unit

To Champion manufacturing excellence and ensure optimum utilisation of available resources.

Create and sustain high performing team by providing developmental inputs to build functional and

behavioural competencies

Manage all manufacturing driven initiatives – TPM, Six Sigma, 5″S”, KAIZEN,TS – 16949, EMS & OSHAS.

Responsible for P & L of the unitSynergise the manufacturing team towards delivering production volumes as per time schedules

Responsible for achieving the desired quality of the final product by ensuring process & quality in the various manufacturing processes.

Responsible for achievement of production / dispatch as per plans as well as continuous reduction in cost

& quality related rejection and rework, manage supply chain with emphasis on continuous reduction &

timely deliveries of sourced raw material and other inputs.

Plan, organise and direct the manufacturing and maintenance operation which ensure the most effective

return of assets while focused on customer needs.

Actively engage and motivate the team to ensure harmonious employee relations and conducive operating /

working environment.

Collaborate with SCM, HR, Finance, Marketing, Design and development

Adherence to annual and monthly budget & cost monitoring, Statutory Compliances
