Duties
Performs a variety of clerical and management support duties in the Human Resources Section for American personnel of all agencies at post. Assists with the EFM recruitment process. Maintains and updates various databases and ensures HR SharePoint is regularly updated. Incumbent serves as the main timekeeper for post and resolved payroll related issues. Assists with processing of awards including logistics for the awards ceremony. Provides management and clerical support for the Human Resources Section. Drafts/types miscellaneous routine correspondence.

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Three years of clerical or administrative experience is required. (Please describe your previous and current job responsibilities in detail.)

Completion of Higher Secondary School (Class XII) is required. (Please specify the name of the Certificate/Degree/Diploma course and the major subjects for each qualification you possess.)
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing) and Good Working Knowledge in Hindi (Speaking and Reading) is required. This may be tested. (Please specify in your application your level of proficiency in each language listed here.)

Agency Benefits:
Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Consulate General in Mumbai may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
