Summary:
The work schedule for this position is: Full Time; 48 hours per week ( Monday-Friday )

Duties
Basic Function of the Position: The incumbent will serve as Regional Technical Monitor (TMO) supervisor. S/He will evaluate and improve USAGM (U.S. Agency For Global Media) shortwave and medium wave transmissions. S/he will responsible for the operation and maintenance of the office, performing a variety of administrative duties and technical duties associated with these responsibilities. Provide supervision to one Technical Monitoring Assistant, provide guidance and/or oversight to contract monitors within the assigned region of South Asia and worldwide when requested by USAGM/Technology Services and Innovation (TSI). The incumbent will also perform other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:
This position requires three years of work experience of as amateur radio operator, active shortwave listening experience or radio operator in military or civilian organizations.

Education Requirements:
This position requires the successful completion of two years of college studies.

Also, please specify the name of the Certificate/Degree/Diploma course and the major subjects for each qualification you possess.

Level 4 (Fluent) in English (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required. This may be tested

Level 4 (Fluent) in Hindi (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is required.

Locally Employed Staff, including Members of Household (MOHs), and Third-Country Nationals (TCNs), working at the U.S. Mission in New Delhi, India may receive a compensation package that may include health, separation, and other benefits.
For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time the conditional offer letter is issued by the HR Office.
