Description: Domain Consultant – Core Banking will be responsible for requirement elicitation, functional solutions, Consulting for Client Financial Solutions Applications specifically for Core Banking applications.

• Analysis of existing Business System and Process of Client Applications
• Interacts with Management and business stakeholders for the requirements and business solutions
• Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Requirement Management
• Providing functional solutions and creating requirement and functional documents

**(depending on SDLC methodology BRD,FRD,HLD etc for Waterfall, DTD,SRS etc for Agile)

• Clear all requirements and functional flows to Development and QA teams
• Review the test cases and test results
• Should have deep understanding of Core Banking products and industry / technology trends involved in the current banking landscape
• Providing Consulting to Clients
• Sr Consultants should lead and guide other consultants and BAs in team

Qualification Experience:

• Financial/Engineering degree , MBA Preferred
• Should have 4-9 years of experience in end-to-end rollout / implementation of Core Banking products like Flexcube, Finacle, BancS, T24, Intellect, Hogan, Oracle Banking Product, GPP, etc.

Mandatory Skills : Core Banking, Retail Banking, Business Analysis, Requirement Management, Stakeholder management Desired Skills: Payments, Jira, Confluence, SQL, Agile/Scrum
In addition candidates should have:

• Demonstrated process improvement experience required
• Exceptional problem solving skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and efficiently complete assignments while maintaining the highest quality; exceptional organizational skills
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Visio, Advanced MS Excel – including macros, logic functions, solver, etc., MS PowerPoint) and comfort with learning and using new software tools
• Exceptional facilitation skills with ability to bring teams to consensus
• Professional team-player with exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
