Office Admin Responsibilities:Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes.Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings.Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Performing other relevant duties when needed.Requirements:Excellent computer knowledge and communication skills.A minimum of experience in a similar role(2 years).Female preferable.Age limit of 25 to 40 years And should be married.Expected Start Date: 29/12/2021Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹13,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftExperience:Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9360093603
