Roles: –

– We are looking for an energetic, dynamic Category Head, based out of Jodhpur Office (WFO).

Responsibilities: –

· Lead and own P&L for Multiple categories

· Carry responsibility to prioritize projects, their management, and execution through collaboration with various teams

· Use data and analysis to develop and enhance grow the category further.

· Lead multiple categories, manage its development, identify, and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals, and ensure effective communication within/across project teams.

· Create a roadmap for assigning all the categories of development and delivery.

· Define metrics and analyze data to measure engagement levels and performance of students.

· Track and use user feedback and data to improve product quality. Constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy and content design.

· Understanding and implementing project management practices. Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, and visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects.

Desirable Skills & Experience: –

· Postgraduate/Graduate from a top-tier Premier Institute with 5 to 10 year’s experience will be preferred.

· Resourceful and strategic thinker with the strong problem-solving capability.

· Proactive, enthusiastic, self-starter, problem solver, critical thinker and analytically strong.

· Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment, and get-things-done.

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
