Through Utkarsh Probationary Officer Program, Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited offers meticulously designed modulescovering Retail Branch Banking, encompassing knowledge and skills in Branch Operations, Banking Products, Sales, Credit, Customer Service, and various day-to-day banking tasks. Successful program graduates will be conferred with a Post Graduate Diploma,coupled with the prospect of full-time employment within the Bank.

In Utkarsh Bank’s very new probationary officer program, Mangalayatan University will be the Academic partner collaborating with Institute of Professional Banking(IPB).

Mangalayatan University was founded in 2006, with 70 acre of lush green campus situated 18 KM from the Yamuna Expressway in Aligarh Uttar Pradesh. With the 6000+ passed out students and 3000+ current enrolments in various courses, Mangalayatan is flourishing day by day with their Vision to give a quality education to students from various background which leads to legitimately rewarding career opportunity.

Design of the Program

The program’s design encompasses the following phases:

• Applicants aged 21-27 at the time of admission with a minimum 50% in graduation
• Shortlisted candidates invited for in-person interviews by Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Officials
• A 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Financial Services from Mangalayatan University, Aligarh
• 4 Months of classroom training at Baddi University
• 2 Months of internship at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited Branch
• 6 Months of on-the-job training, including weekend online classes, aligning with exposure in sales and operations
• Role – First level supervisory roles
• Grade: AM – I
• Salary: 4.25 LPA
