Responsibility to handle issues & queries from the customer. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction Good Customer Service Skills. Take ownership of queries and proactively follow through to resolution Maintain knowledge of all Existing and Upcoming products of the company. Should Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls Should adhere to targets given by the management.Candidate Description Candidate with EXCELLENT ENGLISH/TAMIL communication skills. Additional language communication a plus( HINDI/TELUGU/MALAYALAM) Strong customer service background and positive attitude Minimum of 6 months of continuous BPO experience mandatory Highly self-motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes within lesser time frame. Good understanding of the current market position of the product to which the customer support service is provided. Experience in Process training a definite plus Experience in handling a team desirable.
