Overall Purpose of The Job • Documentation control of the Submissions made related to IMO DCS, SEEMP Plans, EU MVRV Plan and submission, UK MRV, CII etc

• Maintaining the Tracker Sheet with correct updates on the work progress and controlling same
• Maintaining respective Folders by receiving and filing of the Approvals, Certificates and Reports received from external parties
• Communicating to Fleet Cell and Vessels in matters regarding the requirement relating to works performed by team members
• Forwarding the Reports, Certificates and Documents to respective Fleet cell and Vessel
• Preparations of Reports as required for senior management presentations

Key Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Tracking of all vessels entering and leaving management

2. Advising Manager on the Part submission requirement for the vessels entering / leaving management

3. Keep track of the Submission, open queries and closure comments for the vessels. Constantly updating the True status of each of the work till getting the Certificates related to the submissions.

4. Updating of Tracker sheet and Database as maintained by the Team. Updates the Dates of submission, receiving of approval certificates and forwarding the fleet cells.

5. Upkeep of the Folders and the Approved Plans, Files received from the verifiers

6. Preparation of reports on status for submission to senior management

7. Any other works as required from time to time as allocated by the Line Manager.

Required Experience • Preferred with working experience and preferably in shipping industry

• Good team working and communication skills
• Good communication skills in English
• PC Skills, advanced level knowledge of MS Word & Excel is desirable.
• Ability to work in a methodical and organized manner.
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
