Senior Captain
Managing Day-to-Day Operations
- Lead the team in a shift.
- Familiarize with the brand business strategy.
- Responsible for Safety and Hygiene Protocols.
- Ensuring trainings of SOPs, food and beverage of the restaurant and
- Ensure Daily operations are smooth and efficient.
- Maintaining optimum level inventory.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Be forefront in creating guest experience and upselling.
- Be forefront in problem solving & make sure that guest satisfaction.
- Motivated to cater to all kinds of consumers to drive sales in consultation with the Restaurant Manager
- Ensure Prompt & Efficient service by the team.
- Assist to Plan & Execute Innovative service styles according to the menu & consumer requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 per month
