Supplier Quality Manager for Asia Pacific Supply Chain (based in Gurugram, India)

We are looking for “Supplier Quality Manager” to be based in Gurugram, India. This position reports to “Director, Asia Pacific Supply Chain”. In this position you will have an opportunity to perform the activities of Supplier Quality Assurance & Control in Sales, Project & Manufacturing phases and Quality Management.
In this position, you will be required and responsible for processes related to quality assurance for sales and delivery and quality control for site and support in Global Management System (GMS) implementation in in-house.
Quality Assurance tasks are
Nominate Supplier Quality (SQ) resources to sales and execution projects in Asia Pacific Supply Chain Nominate SQ resources to the business process development activities Support SQ resources in project work if needed Review SQ Project follow-up and man hour reporting monthly NCR handling Lead all major NCR cases and Approval of use as is NCR’s Follow-up of standards and legislations Study of legislations/authority requirements in new market areas Give input to competence development of QA personnel Site Quality Nominate SQ resources for sites and support them during installation work Site visit for review, audit and meeting Supplier and Contractor Site feedbacks review (in Spotlight) with site Quality supervisors, weekly Site QPI review
Quality Management related to Asia Pacific Supply Chain organization tasks includes
Leading and participating in external and internal audits Management system implementation support and trainings Assisting in Cost of Poor-quality reporting Continuous Improvement (CI) tool support and training CI Team facilitation.
To succeed this role, you will need:
University Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Mechanical Discipline Experience: Minimum relevant experience required for this job 10-15 years
