Varian is hiring a hands-on SAP ME/MII developer to be a part of SAP ME Enterprise Applications team which is working on SAP ME implementation projects:

Responsibilities:

• Be a primary SAP ME/MII developer supporting multiple ME / MII factory implementations.

• Participate in and drive the technical design and life cycle of software components for MES projects globally.

• Collaborate with Basis Team in Pune to support a growing ME/MII footprint.

• Liaise with USA based EAS colleagues as necessary to accomplish MES team tasks & goals.

Qualifications Required: BE/Btech/ME/Mtech/MSc

Experience (Years): 2-5 yrs

Technologies required : SAP ME/MI

Skills :

• SAP ME/MII development and support experience.

• SAP ME/MII implementations.

• Combination of development & implementation experience.

• Technologies required:

• ERP/MES standard & custom messaging development & deployment.

• RFC’s BAPI’s, SAP JCo/JRA, ALE & configuration, iDocs, XML, WebAS, message services & integration.

• SQL/HANA queries

• Understanding of SAP MEINT required, DRF is a plus.

• SAP MII development tools

• Familiarity with or exposure to:

• Automated data collection, integration, development using standard MII/PCo connectors & utilities.

• SPC systems, processes, & data repositories.

• LIMS, DCS, SCADA, PLC, OPC, Kepware, OSI Pi and data historians.

• Languages Proficiency: English & written English communications skills are required. Ability to create Power Point slides
