• Provides guidance and direction to the Contract Team regarding technology trends, system enhancements, organizational change, business goals and objectives.
• Manages and supervises remote staff, this includes staff training and development needs, performance management, approving and monitoring leave.
• Manages, plans and coordinates timely preparation and fulfillment of quote to cash process within the company guidelines.
• Ensure that for the quote to cash process all orders are processed and fulfilled by the given deadline.
• Manage the activities for VMS products and Service Contracts within France, Belgium, and French Africa, by planning and coordination the optimal use of company resources, in order to provide the highest level of service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer relations in all quote to cash processing matters to ensure customers are served within the agreed term and conditions with the highest level of satisfaction.
• Support operational and sales management on business and market strategies.
• Work with Finance and Internal Audit to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirement.
• Act as a back-up for his team
• Builds a strong partnership with the regional Sales, Service and Project Management Organization.
• Directs and coordinates incumbents responsible for the processing of sales orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelors or Master degree in Technical Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in a similar position
• Ability, competence, and confidence to lead people
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

Manger Contracts Opportunity Mumbai India
In this brand-new position, you will lead the Global Contract Team for the Indian region. You act as subject matter expert in analyzing and reviewing methods and processes for the Contract business process.
Specific Responsibilities:
