We are looking for Sr. Accounts Executive (Male) for Manufacturing Bulk Material Handling EquipmentJob Location : Lower Parel Job Responsibilities

• Candidate should be nearby residents
• Preparing Debit and Credit Statement
• Accounting up to finalization
• Maintaining collection book records and update the same
• Proper filing of documents related to compliance E.S.I.C, P.F., MLWF and P.T., statutory compliance & Making online payment of the same as per time line
• Bank Reconciliation and update the records
• Preparing cash voucher and cheque payments of approved bills of vendors / material suppliers and checking appropriate GST applied on the same
• Releasing payment of monthly utility bills afrer taking approvals on the same
• Follow up for outstanding payments from the customers and making daily report of the same
• Handling assigned work given by HOD & subordinates
• Online payment, funds transfer RTGS / NEFT as per approval by directors and intimation of the same to concern person

Technical Skills

• Minimum M. Com / MBA / CA Inter with reputed Institutions
• Tally operating experience of latest version
• Good communication skills
• Accounting prospective knowledge in terms of Manufacturing Industry
• MS Office complete knowledge specifically excel and advance excel
