Job Description for Assistant Manager (Admin&Operations)Job SummaryWe are looking for an ambitious and energetic Assistant Manager to help us manage our Admin & Operations and to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing as well as new markets. We are seeking a goal-oriented Asst. Manager to join our organization.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through managing our admin &operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities and Duties1. Should have experience in Operations of the similar domain2. Will be responsible for smooth Operations3. Will Coordination with Zonal & Regional partners4. Communication & Coordination with Board members, Institutes, Organizations etc.5. SOPs monitoring of the projects6. Liaison & communication with government departments and entities7. Interaction with ground staff, employees, consultants & volunteers on the scope of work and responsibilities.8. Procurement related negotiations.9. Global Pact group companies, ACA & IOI Administration and Communication10. Monitoring and Evaluation of the groundwork and new projects11. Shortlisting & appointment of interns/fresher/part-timers12. Drafting/Presentations/Emails on behalf of Global Pact, ACA, IOI & group firms/entities13. Coordination related to online events/ground events/Social camps14. Coordination with Schools, Colleges & Educational Institution15. Tie-ups & collaboration with external agencies/brandsExperience & Qualification1. 2-5 years of working experience in admin &operations or relevant role.2. Proficiency in English.3. Market knowledge.4. Communication and negotiation skills.5. Time management and planning skills.6. Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Sales or relevant field.Job type -Full timeLocation –Mumbai (Andheri)Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftNight shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Operations (Preferred)2-5 years total work (Preferred)
