Job Description

Qualification : o Business Development Skills: Plan and execute a series of b2b communication activities
for each client target, identify key growth opportunities, and overall pipeline
management. Generate qualified leads and sell Digital Services such as Enterprise
Content Management, Business Process Management, Shared Services and Digitalization
Services.
o Listening Skills: While making make outbound calls and follow-up calls to customers
and prospects, the candidate must possess strong listening skills and be able to focus on
customer answer questions.
o Building a professional rapport: The executive should be able to detail research before
connecting. Deliver professional communication, apply consultative sales process. and
build relationships. Establish and build rapport with key decision-makers, CXO audience,
and at all levels in your target accounts.
o Able to develop an organized inside sales strategy: Plan and optimize an
organizational inside sales strategy to communicate with multiple accounts and contacts
and generate consultative sales communication to win new business as well as cross
selling.
o Reporting: Maintain account-wise call reports, update sales efforts and report the team.
Conduct weekly forecast calls with your Sales Manager to review target opportunities
and to measure activity performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Self-motivated, positive-minded, and passionate about sales. Bachelor’s degree or above. Min 4-
5 year’s b2b inside sales experience in IT/BPO / KPO or Corporate Sales.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR300,000.00 – INR400,000.00 per yearExperience:
