Roles And Responsibilities –

• Driving admissions and marketing as per the school targets.
• Planning & execution of end to end offline & online marketing for the school
• End to end point of contact for parents from enquiry, admission process, schooling years and pass out.
• Managing, guiding, recruiting admissions and marketing team to achieve admissions target.
• Ensuring enriched parents enriched experience as per Premia’s vision and mission.
• Addressing parents’ grievances, issues if any by extending best possible support from school’s end.
• Planning and organizing parent engagement programs for the existing parent and ensure parents satisfaction through relationship building.
• Admission lead generation through marketing initiatives, collaborations with playschools, corporates etc and converting them through counselling.
• Organizing events and representing school at promotional activities and events.
• Maintaining complete student records, data as per government regulations and affiliation norms.
• Maintaining accurate and current knowledge of educational legislation, trends, developments, and resources.
• Staying updated with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, and developments in education and financial aid in the city.

Requirements –

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in admissions & marketing in reputed schools
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu preferred.
• Graduation/ Post graduation degree. Marketing preferred
• Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and people reading skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized. Should take ownership and lead the projects.
• Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions
