The Opportunity

We are looking at passionate and highly motivated senior leaders having extensive experience and exposure in the legal domain. As we lead ahead with our next phase of growth, the incumbent will be responsible for formulating and leading the legal strategy towards unlocking business value. S/he will work with the Executive Leadership Team and Group General Counsel towards driving enhanced business performance. Focus on legal assurance, zero litigation, contracts’ robustness, enterprise risk mitigation, compliances, ethics, and governance will be the key.

We are looking to hire seasoned professionals for the below roles:

• Head Litigation
• General Counsel – Aluminium Business
• Head GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance)
• Head Transactions- Group

The Successful Candidate:

• Proven Leader with transformational outlook and strong commercial acumen, and proven capabilities in delivering result.
• Proven track record in managing relationships government & regulatory agencies, contractors, workmen and external legal service providers and consultant.
• Technologically driven professional having rich experience of global best legal practices.
• Expertise in Mining & Minerals related laws, Environment Laws, Corporate & Commercial Laws.
• Experience in Dispute Resolutions including Litigations/ADR; Governance & Compliance; and mergers & acquisitions, transactions (as per respective roles).
