to excellence. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and
support our workforce in Bangalore. As an HRBP you will play a crucial role in aligning our
people strategies with the business objectives and ensuring a positive working environment for
our offline employees.
Key Responsibilities
You will act as a critical partner to aligned businesses, gain deep knowledge of the business,
people and organizational needs to diagnose issues and recommend solutions to challenges
and further the capabilities of the organization
● Strategy / Policy
● Drive adherence to HR process , metrics and plan.
● Act as an anchor for topics including leadership development, performance
management, talent management, and capability building
● Oversee the new employee induction and on-boarding to the team.
● Implement and drive HR programs and in some cases also act as a SPOC for certain
critical HR processes
● Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive
positive business outcomes.
● Acts as key advisor to Business managers & handle their queries and grievances, if any.
– Facilitates development of work culture and climate to meet business and employee
needs
● Adapt, modify, and update HR methodologies, practices, and procedures
● Work with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met
● Work with Learning & Development team to enable talent development in line with
career aspirations and succession planning
● Contribute to Exit Process/ Alumni management

Desired Skills and Experience
● Full-time MBA (HR) with around 2-7 years of relevant experience post qualification
● Experience of handling a minimum of 250+ employees as an HRBP with hands-on
delivery experience
● HRBP experience in offline setups is a plus
● Labor Laws understanding is mandatory
● Collaborate and develop relationships across a matrix organization and coach through
complex, difficult issues
● Strong analytical skills to analyse and leverage data to influence business leadership on
people strategy
● Understands and keeps update on various HR practices on a regular basis
● Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills
