Full Job Description
Primary Responsibilities· Obtain and analyze business requirements and document technical solutions· Provide SysAid software configuration and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, custom scripting and third party software integrations· Develop, design and rollout new application modules, workflows and reports· Develop, Maintain and Deliver KPI Reports on the tickets, showing trending, ticket duration, SLA compliance and Incident/Event correlation on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, with an executive summaryJob Responsibilities·Responsible for design, development, testing, and support of all platform features and functions· Drive continuous platform and process improvement· Create custom dashboards and reporting· Provision user access· Provide user training where needed· Create documentation and knowledge articles· Be a SysAid platform advocate and find new areas of the enterprise that could benefit from it and its useBasic Qualifications· Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of ITSM administration tool(s).· System/Process Automation experience· Understanding of Email configuration and management· Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Skills· Understanding of Configuration Management aligned to ITIL· Web Services Integration· Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology· Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftSpeak with the employer+91 6374872191
