Eligibility
1 – 2 years of experience in a similar profile
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
Warm, alert, prompt, presentable, resourceful and confident
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Responsibilities
Greeting and welcoming guests/visitors and directing them as per the purpose of their visit
Responding and taking action on the calls received
Managing the upkeep of the reception area and the meeting rooms
Maintaining a report of the walk-in guests/visitors
Managing the administration related tasks – which comprise the upkeep and the maintenance of the office and premises, managing the tea-coffee and snacks service, managing the events and celebrations at the office, along with the other related tasks
