Responsibilities for Personal AssistantAnswer phone calls received and direct them appropriatelyRecord notes and messages for the employerSchedule and arrange meetings and conferencesManage travel arrangements and itineraries on behalf of the employerPerform as a liaison between the employer and household staff as requiredAct as the first point of contact for the employer as necessaryManage the employer’s calendar and appointment schedulingRead and write correspondence in mail or email formQualifications for Personal AssistantA certificate from a secretarial school preferredProven experience working as a personal assistant requiredProficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and social skillsExceptional organizational and time-management skillsFollows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashionProactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive resultsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementHealth insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Overtime payYearly bonus
