Website DesignerChennai, India.About the Job:The mission of the Website Designer is to join our team and take ownership of crafting exceptional websites. The incumbent of this role demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to design engaging and user-friendly websites and will be responsible for using tools like Figma to create designs that align with client needs and collaborate with developers to bring these visions to life on WordPress platforms.Your Impact:

• Design & Development: Create visually appealing and intuitive website designs that align with client requirements and business goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate design concepts, pitches, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, developers, and project managers to deliver cohesive and functional designs.
• Prototyping & Testing: Develop wireframes and prototypes, conduct usability testing, and refine designs based on user feedback.
• Problem-Solving: Provide creative solutions to visually based problems, ensuring that designs are functional and engaging.
• Consistency: Build and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure uniform styling and branding across platforms.
• User-Centric Design: Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and advocate for best practices in UX/UI design.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve website issues related to functionality, performance, and responsiveness.

What you bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Website Designer, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of graphic design fundamentals, responsive design principles, and user-centric methodologies.
• Experience conducting usability tests and integrating user feedback into designs.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
