Vericle Hiring for Medical Billing SWAT Analyst – Work From Home at Hyderābād Full Time

Vericle is a Health IT and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) service company. We are looking for a full-time Medical Billing SWAT Analyst to provide professional billing service analytic support for client account managers, monitor the quality of billing service, and help the billing service providers to choose the most effective payer follow-up strategy. This position reports to the Head of the Billing SWAT.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help CRM, RCM, and BPOs achieve the best billing service standards by bridging between Vericle IT and Vericle CRM/RCM
- Provide problem-solving expertise based on billing knowledge and Vericle data to
- analyze client billing process, discover provider account level problems, develop effective solutions
- Interpret billing requirements/changes issued by payers
- build an effective billing error resolution process
- Communicate needs of RCM/BPO/CRM to Vericle IT to implement system validations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Problem-solving skills – ability to think creatively
- Minimum 5 years experience in medical billing field
- Understanding of insurance guidelines including the majority of private insurance companies, Medicaid, Medicare, HMO companies, and PPO companies
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding
- Understanding of medical terminology that commonly appears on medical claims
- Ability to communicate and resolve issues with insurance representatives
- Customer service skills when interacting with practice owners
- Ability to research policies and identify discrepancies
- Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- Experience with Vericle software is a plus

- High comfort level working on the Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
- Stable internet connection and Hotspot backup
