Job description
The Learning Manager is responsible for end to end management, implementation &
facilitation of L&D programmes in the region assigned.
xefx82xa7 End to end management & implementation of L&D programs in the region assigned.
xefx82xa7 Facilitate and enhance collaboration between L&D, HR& HOD/ PM Plan & publish
Pan India monthly calendar on L&D interventions
xefx82xa7 Blend cultural attributes pertaining to specific regions
xefx82xa7 End to end facilitation of L&D interventions on behavior, communication, training
methodology,
xefx82xa7 Periodic research on latest developments in the skill development sector
xefx82xa7 Thrust on implementation of virtual, blended learnings through virtual classrooms
Graduate in any stream
xefx82xa7 MBA or Post Graduate preferred
xefx82xa7 Minimum 2+ Years of Experience as in L&D , training or should have experience in
collaborative working at grass root level with voluntary organizations / social service
organizations.
xefx82xa7 Good communication skills in local language.
xefx82xa7 Proficiency in networking influencing and building relationship with all the
prospective students.
xefx82xa7 Passion to work in this sector
xefx82xa7 Should be a team person.
xefx82xa7 Student Enrollment for the course/batch
