You will work within our Talent Acquisition CoE, playing a key role in building our technology function as we continue our enterprise transformation: enhancing client experience, driving revenue growth and innovation.
You will partner with key stakeholders within our Wood Mackenzie business and Energy and Power verticals (BU & GHR) providing a full cycle TA service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline and succession requirements. You will be comfortable generating candidate slates sourced from passive and active pools and be able to effectively communicate the Verisk EVP.
You will utilise the latest ATS technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process.
You will be a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across Verisk.

Qualifications
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and time management skills; project management experience preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills appropriate for a large spectrum of clientele
Works well in a team environment
Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on the needs of clients and PowerAdvocate
BS/BA with a focus in engineering, science or business; graduate level engineering, science or MBA degree is preferred
1-3 years of experience with Owners in or suppliers serving the energy industry , particularly in a Business Operations or Engineering function within the Power, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors
Education: MBA/ PGDMr r r r r r r Any Graduate
