What you will be doing:

The role of the Sales Operations Specialist is to support the Veritas Global business by providing dedicated support to one of the Sales Regions.

Roles and Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

• Drive an action-oriented culture: you deliver on your promises
• Frontline Operations Support for the Sales Reps
• Manage all Queries in the Sales Operations mailbox
• Own and Drive CRM and Quoting issues to resolution
• Ensure effective CRM Hygiene is undertaken by the Sales teams
• Ensure the Sales teams meet the required response time on 10% Opportunities
• Handle accurate Territory assignments in CRM so that accurate forecasting is maintained.
• Support Sales New Hire Onboarding and their introduction to Veritas Sales processes and cadence
• Build Sales New hire onboarding packs and host introduction calls with the Sales New Hires, handle all follow-up items
• Ensure Sales New Hires are set up in CRM with appropriate access and handle territory assignment
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams to gather information required for RFP Requests
• Provide Top Deal support and proactively review deal structures and associated Quotes, support the Sales Rep’s readiness for deal closure
• Support Sales Weekly Linearity Targets by tracking deals and supporting the Sales Teams to resolve any issues
• Support the Quarter End close
• Participate in Cross-functional meetings to provide updates on deals and support rapid resolution of issues, keep Sales Reps updated on progress
• Handle Sales Compensation Requests in line with Veritas Corporate Terms and Conditions, prepare submissions, handle approvals, and track requests to closure
• Storage, Tracking, and Organization of Close plans, Deal Reviews, and Account plans
• Handle ad-hoc campaigns and activities that will support the Sales Reps to drive new business
• Preparation of standard reports and presentations such as QBRs, Country Packs, and Linearity Reports
• Participate in forecasting calls as needed
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and success, offer improvement suggestions
• Manage ad-hoc requests from Sales and Sales Operations Leaders that support the business to reach planned growth targets
• Work in the EMEA time zone (Cover all EMEA regions)
• Shifts could change based on business need
• Should be flexible working with the shift as it Involves shift timing of EMEA

What skills, experience, and education, you need as a team member to succeed:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales ops
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms
• Strong Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Attention to Detail, High degree of accuracy
• A curious mind that grows with critical thinking and problem solving
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, data analysis with >10k rows)
• Ability to build macros in Excel
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to build effective decks
• Oracle CRM skills to an intermediate level and extensive CRM experience
• Experience working within a virtual team that spans multiple time zones
• Self-starter and proactive can-do innovative demeanor.
• Ability to prioritize workload
• Results-oriented with the ability to handle conflicting priorities effectively
• Ability to adopt frequent process changes
• Extensive experience working in a combination of Operations and Support roles in the technology sector
• Experience working in or with technology multi-national corporations
