Veritas Customer Success is responsible for ensuring that Veritas’ customers are successfully exceeding the value of their investment in Veritas solutions and coordinating the company focus on the end-to-end customer relationship. Customer Success includes customer support and care, professional and business critical services, and renewal sales.

Job Summary:

• Provide Enterprise Technical support on Veritas products implemented in heterogeneous environments of Global fortune 500 companies.
• Perform research on Veritas products and data center technologies to provide solution.
• Author technical articles on Veritas Products

Primary Accountabilities

• Provide Enterprise technical support on Veritas products implemented in heterogeneous environments of Global fortune 500 companies.
• Perform research on Veritas products and Data center technologies to provide solution.
• Author technical articles on Veritas product to be published on Veritas support website.
• Achieve exciting goals aligned with Veritas vision
• Learn and Develop skills to actively contribute in improvement of Veritas products and Customer Experience

Knowledge

• Operating Systems:Unix/Linux or Windows
• Networking Fundamentals: OSI, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Basic knowledge on virtualization technologies: VMware or Hyper-V
• Basic knowledge on cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, OpenStack

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Active and reflective listening, in-depth questioning skills to foster an immediate customer relationship.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Apply quick-thinking for customer impacting situations.

Job Complexity

• Works on Technical issues related to Veritas Products within defined scope
• Follows standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
• Builds stable working relationships internally

• Normally receives guidance on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments under general supervision
• Follows established directions
• Skills/Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall adequacy

Education

• B.E/Btech (Comp. Science/IT)
