Assoc Customer Service Specialist – Order Management

Job Description
We are a Global Team specifically dedicated to supporting NetBackup, Appliance, Cloud, Consumption and new business models who are enabled to receive requests, process purchase orders, create entitlements, change entitlements, ensure fulfillment of requests and deliver billing to our direct Customers and Distribution Partners. This team handles all questions, queries and billing disputes pertaining to NetBackup, Appliance, Cloud, Consumption and new business models from internal Teams such as Sales, Sales Operations and Engineering Teams as well as directly from Customers or Partners.
We have an opportunity for a Assoc Customer Service Specialist – Order Management to join this team. The ideal person will work alongside our Process and Capability Leads and Team Supervisor. This role calls for a process-oriented person with a proven track record in delivering high quality results in process improvement and query management both in writing and verbally over the phone. A strong aptitude for working with numbers is desirable as the role requires detailed customer investigations into billing disputes. We are looking for someone keen on learning and developing their skills to further their knowledge in new and exciting.
