Your Role and Responsibilities

Who You are

As an OMS Lead Consultant, you will apply your expertise on the OMS product in designing and developing complex modules. The role will also require you to lead a team of about 3 to 5 with the development activities to adhere to the project schedule .

What you will do

• As an OMS Lead Consultant, you will:

• Design and develop OMS modules (customization and configuration)

• Develop POCs for complex modules

• Coordinate with the onsite and client teams

• Lead a team of about 3 to 5 with the development activities to adhere to the project schedule

• Perform design and code reviews

• Define and drive the QA processes (like design standards, coding standards, etc.)

• Travel to client site to support the validation phase

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 8+ years of relevant experience in designing and developing using Sterling OMS

• Hands-on experience in Sterling OMS Store and Call Center (customization and configuration)

• Should have been a part of at least one end-to-end implementation in Sterling OMS

• Hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Javascript, Oracle/DB2, Websphere/Weblogic, MQ

• Readiness to travel

• Excellent communication, people management and leadership skills

• Ability to pick up and learn technical features in upcoming Sterling OMS product releases

• Able to guide a team of lesser experienced professionals

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of leading and mentoring teams

• Experience in OMS performance tuning and testing

• Sterling OMS certified

• Good understanding of Microservices architecture and cloud technologies
