What you’ll be doing…

• Addressing all alerts and handling all incidents as per strict SLA guidelines.
• Ensuring successful deployment of all the components as part of release plans.
• Performing patching activities with smooth coordination with the infra team ensuring complete success of the patching activities.
• Communicating with a sense of urgency and collaborate with geographically diverse teams and time zones.
• In case of severity calls, providing efficient support and driving the calls from Web/TOS Admin perspective to restore the services in the shortest possible time.
• Staying on top of changing technology landscape and adapting quickly.

Where you’ll be working…

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Admin experience in SOA/OSB/AIA/ODI
• Experience with Weblogic 10g/12c and above.
• Experience with AWS cloud-based environment.
• Experience in Ansible, Jenkins, or any other CICD tools.
• Strong skills in Unix/Shell scripting
• Good experience in deployments and troubleshooting post deployment issues

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with large enterprise scale solutions.
• Cloud-based certifications.
• The ability to take a holistic approach to the application development and strong owner attitude of the functionality provided to the customers.
